Welcome to the City of Knob Noster, Missouri! Knob Noster is a hometown community based on traditional family values and progressive economic development.

There are currently over 90 businesses operating in the City of Knob Noster. Nearly half of those are in the downtown area. There are a variety of services and products available in our community.

The City of Knob Noster is a small, rural, community with an estimated population of 2,709 for 2010. Knob Noster is on the well-traveled U.S. Highway 50, and is home to Whiteman Air Force Base.

The primary function of the Planning and Zoning Commission is to help guide the planning of the City and make recommendations to the Board of Aldermen, and is comprised of 5-7 local citizens.

Knob Noster is home to several boards and committees, all of which provide valuable services to our community and residents.

The Knob Noster Police Department is staffed 24/7 and is located at the back of the City Hall building.
