The responsibilities of the Circuit Court Clerk are as follows:

Assist Judge With Processing Tickets
Manage All Court Documentation
Non-Moving Violations
Point System
Point System Suspension / Revocation
Ticket Fines

DRESS CODE

Appropriate dress is required in the courthouse: NO SHORTS, NO HATS, NO HOODS, NO TANK TOPS, NO HALTER TOPS AND NO SPAGHETTI STRAPS. NO clothing with inappropriate wording or design.

RECORDS REQUEST

All requests for court records must be submitted in writing and can be done in person, by mail or e-mail. A Defendant requesting a closed record may do so in person, by providing a notarized statement with the request, or by submitting a photo ID to the Court. Please allow seven to ten business days to process request and send records. Contact our office for more specific details if needed.

Court Schedule

Court is typically the Second Wednesday of each month. All dates are subject to change and will change on the website calendar accordingly. TIME - 8:30A.M.
