Down­town Façade Grant Program

The Board of Aldermen of the City of Knob Noster is now accepting applications for a grant to make exterior façade improvements to businesses and commercial buildings in the city limits. The Downtown Façade Grant was approved by the Board of Aldermen in September of 2022, and the program is authorized to provide up to $100,000 in funding for projects that improve the aesthetic of Knob Noster's business community. Despite the name, the Downtown Façade Grant is applicable to all of Knob Noster's businesses and commercial buildings within the city limits. Projects can be up to $5,000 in value, and require a 10% match from the applicant. For further information, and instructions how to apply, please see attached grant application form.
